The Crater Library is Nigeria’s digital collection of Nigerian written and published, scholarly and non-scholarly publications, literature, data and media
The Crater library provides independent authors, publishers and copyright owners a portal to give their publications visibility and showcase their writing to the world.
Out of 100% literature published online, less than 5% comes from Africa. Foreigners carry out studies on and about us with local facts and hard truths missing. The Crater Library seeks to play a bigger role in contributing to global online literature and scholarly environment.
It is time for researchers worldwide to have access to our country’s literature and scholarly publications. It is time we Nigerians told our story, own our data and figures.
